Customised Training Solutions

PEMM specialises in designing and developing customised training solutions for specific needs of clients. These training solutions are developed based on detailed Training Needs Analysis (TNA) conducted by PEMM consultants’ senior training personnel. The TNA processes will look into the current skills set or competency of workforce and match them with the expected learning outcomes. This will help the consultants to recognise the gaps and recommend relevant short and long term training programmes. Upon agreement with client, the consultants and PEMM’s curriculum development team will design, deliver and assess these customised training programmes. These programmes are endorsed and accredited by our international strategic partners around the world.

Professional Certifications

Several highly reputed international examinations and certifications professional bodies are working with PEMM as collaborative partners in delivering these highly sort after professional qualifications. Professional certifications have been acknowledged as the new dimension in improving skills and knowledge of employees to meet the demands of business challenges. Professional certifications are specialised short courses and delivered by industry experts in a classroom workshop environment. Case studies by internationally recognised business schools are used at the core of these programmes to provide in depth real time knowledge of business issues faced by global organisations. Participants are required to pass all relevant examinations before being certified as a professional manager and accepted as a member with the professional body.

Continuous Professional Development (CPD)

CPD programmes are developed and delivered as a follow up short programme to certified professionals. These programmes often carry CPD points based on total training hours. The CPD points are critical in maintaining one’s membership status with a professional body. Currently, PEMM Consultants CPD programmes are endorsed by International Professional Managers Association UK, Institute of Supply Chain Management UK and Box Hill Institute of Australia.

Consultancy, Socio Economic and Baseline Studies

An international team of consultants representing specific industry sector are deployed as project consultants. Our consultancy activities are ranging from project management, human capital development, talent management, succession planning, feasibility studies and market research. PEMM has successfully completed and delivered more than 100 research papers ranging from socio economic studies in healthcare, tourism, environment, hospitality and marketing. Our major clients are agencies under United Nations, IMF, World Bank, Asian Development Bank, the Government of Malaysia and government linked companies in Malaysia.

Technical and Vocational Education (TVET)

Asian institute of Logistics (ASIL) is a wholly owned subsidiary of PEMM Consultants Sdn Bhd. ASIL is registered with Department of Skills Development, Ministry of Human Resources Malaysia, to provide courses and programmes under the National Occupational Skills Standards (NOSS) specifically to the logistics and supply chain management sectors of the industry. ASIL will deliver the whole range of logistics and supply chain programmes from Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM) level 1 to level 4 and Diploma Kamahiran Malaysia, level 5 to 7 under the NOSS Malaysia.

To fortify the Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM) ASIL has partnered with the Institute of Supply Chain Management (IoSCM)UK, Diverse Learning Concepts(DLC)UK and Boxhill –Tafe Institute,Australia to deliver internationally recognised technical and vocational qualifications to the workforce in Malaysia. IoSCM and DLC qualifications are industry driven and will empower the industry’s workforce to be competent and competitive in the global market place, whilst Box Hill institute will deliver TAFE accredited Australian Qualifications Framework(AQF) as a career pathway for young Malaysian.
