Upon agreement with client, the consultants and PEMM’s curriculum development team will design, deliver and assess these customised training programmes. Several highly reputed international examinations and certifications professional bodies are working with PEMM as collaborative partners in delivering these highly sort after professional qualifications. Professional certifications have been acknowledged as the new dimension in improving skills and knowledge of employees to meet the demands of business challenges. Professional certifications are specialised short courses and delivered by industry experts in a classroom workshop environment. Case studies by internationally recognised business schools are used at the core of these programmes to provide in depth real time knowledge of business issues faced by global organisations. Asian institute of Logistics (ASIL) is a wholly owned subsidiary of PEMM Consultants Sdn Bhd. ASIL is registered with Department of Skills Development, Ministry of Human Resources Malaysia, to provide courses and programmes under the National Occupational Skills Standards (NOSS) specifically to the logistics and supply chain management sectors of the industry. ASIL will deliver the whole range of logistics and supply chain programmes from Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM) level 1 to level 4 and Diploma Kamahiran Malaysia, level 5 to 7 under the NOSS Malaysia.
